PWT Europe is an online retailer based in Germany supplying brand-new tyres to customers throughout the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to correct product information, descriptions, specifications, prices and availability where necessary.

Ordering

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders become binding only when payment has been received and the order has been accepted by PWT Europe.

Pricing

The price displayed on the website at the time of checkout is the price payable by the customer.

There are no additional VAT, customs or import charges payable on delivery under our retail delivery service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tyre size, load index, speed rating and specifications are suitable for their vehicle before placing an order.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during the checkout process.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Although every effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption or severe weather.

Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect their tyres immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect products should be reported within 24 hours together with photographs where possible.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Tyres that have been fitted, used, damaged or modified cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or your legal consumer rights apply.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer or an authorised representative before a decision is made.

Limitation of Liability

PWT Europe shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption, fitting charges, vehicle recovery costs or other losses beyond the value of the products purchased, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
