Overview

PWT Europe supplies wholesale new tyres to trade customers only. Due to the nature of wholesale tyre supply, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted where:

• The incorrect product was supplied
• The tyres arrive damaged during transport
• The goods are defective upon arrival
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

All return requests must be approved by PWT Europe before goods are returned.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used, fitted, or mounted tyres
• Tyres damaged after delivery
• Incorrect products ordered by the customer
• Special order or clearance items
• Goods reported outside the stated notification period

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or issues must be reported within 24 hours.

Photographic evidence may be required to process claims relating to transport damage or defects.

Approved Returns

Where a return is approved:

• The tyres must remain unused and unfitted
• The tyres must be returned in original condition
• Customers may be responsible for return transport costs unless agreed otherwise

Refunds

Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

• Refunds may take several working days to appear depending on banking providers
• Shipping or transport charges may not be refundable
• Partial refunds may apply if goods are not returned in original condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once transport has been organised or goods have been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
