Overview

PWT Europe supplies brand-new tyres directly from Germany to customers across the United Kingdom.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped using trusted delivery partners to your home, workplace, garage or chosen tyre fitting centre.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales

Some remote locations and islands may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
• Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and stock has been confirmed.
• If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Times

• Typical delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days.
• Delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
• Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are clearly shown during checkout before payment is completed.

There are no additional VAT, customs or import charges to pay when your order is delivered under our retail delivery service.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, postcode and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Incorrect delivery information may delay delivery or require additional courier charges.

Garage or Tyre Fitting Centre Deliveries

If you choose to have your tyres delivered directly to a garage or fitting centre, please ensure they are willing to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your tyres immediately after delivery.

Any damage, shortages or incorrect products should be reported within 24 hours together with photographs where possible.

Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because:

• The delivery address is incorrect.
• No one is available to receive the delivery.
• The delivery location cannot be accessed.
• The delivery is refused without prior agreement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may normally be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, it may need to be returned before a refund can be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
